Shared Education
We are part of a Shared Education partnership with Dunmurry Primary School and St. Colman's Primary School. Our collaboration began with EMU and CRED (Community Relations Programmes) projects and has grown stronger under Shared Education since 2016. We take pride in ensuring every child participates in Shared Education from P1 to P7.
Although our programmes were paused due to Covid, we have recently resumed them with the aim of restoring the high level of engagement we had before the pandemic. These initiatives promote mutual respect, reconciliation, and understanding among students. Through Shared Education, pupils engage in activities centred around PE, The Arts, and PDMU, which help develop essential skills and foster community relations.
This year, the programme for P5 to P7 includes school visits, a trip, and a Shared Sports Day. These events encourage collaboration, build friendships, and enhance mutual understanding among students from our partner schools. We are excited to provide experiences that enrich learning and strengthen our community.
