Mr Stewart's P7 class enjoyed a Forest School session about decomposition, and completed a litter pick in the nearby community to help keep it clean!
For Forest Schools , P7 learned about decomposition and how long it takes litter to decompose.
Did you know that it takes up to 200 years for a plastic bottle to break down?
They carried out a litter pick nearby our school. They also buried some items on our school grounds for next year’s P7 class to dig up again and investigate if it has decomposed.
